This spouted matcha bowl was hand thrown on the wheel with high fire clay (porcelain and stoneware blend). The porcelain blend allows for a smoother surface and creates a more durable piece than stoneware alone! The bowl was then fired twice - once in a bisque fire and another in a glaze fire.

All illustrations and details were meticulously painted by hand with lots of love & nostalgia, and is one of its kind. <3

Please note this does not come with a whisk holder and is for the matcha bowl pictured alone.

If a dishwasher must be used, please use a mild, bleach-free detergent. Detergents with oxygen or citrus can dull the finish.
